We would like to inform you about an issue where the Day 2 daily reward in the Speedy Quiz event cannot be claimed.

For those who first participated in the Speedy Quiz event after the 7/22 (Tuesday) update, when the date of first participation is considered Day 1, it has come to our attention that under certain circumstances the Day 2 daily reward could not be received.

Daily rewards for Day 3 and beyond can be received normally, but we ask for your understanding that this issue may occur for Guardians who have not yet passed Day 2 of participation.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue, and as compensation for the trouble, we have provided all Guardians with the maximum amount of one Speedy Quiz daily reward, delivered all together.

UPDATE July 24, 14:06 (UTC): Due to an issue with the items included in the compensation, the delivery of the compensation mails has been halted for players on the North America Servers. Once the issue is resolved, compensation distribution will resume.

UPDATE July 25, 12:31 (UTC): The delivery of the compensation has resumed on the North America server. Please note that the EXP part of the compensation is provided in a separate mail.
