We would like to inform you about an issue where the golden car rewards are given as regular car rewards when the Awakening Stone Dungeon stage level 110~150 is played manually.

This issue only occurred when the stage was cleared manually. When using the "Sweep" function after achieving a 3-star clear, golden car rewards were provided correctly.

We have identified that this issue began following the update on April 29(Tue), when stages above level 110 were added to the Awakening Stone Dungeon. The issue was fixed during the update maintenance on June 10(Tue).

We are currently conducting a full investigation to identify Guardians who were affected by this issue. Once the investigation is complete, we will provide further notice and distribute compensation accordingly.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue may have caused. We also apologize for the delay in detecting and resolving the issue.

To prevent similar problems in the future, we will reinforce our internal QA process and implement more thorough review procedures.
