We would like to inform you of an additional notice about the issue where the golden car rewards were given as regular car rewards when the Awakening Stone Dungeon stage level 110~150 was played manually.

The issue was fixed during the update maintenance on June 10 (Tue), and we have conducted a full investigation to identify Guardians who were affected by this issue. 

We have listed the following accounts into 5 groups based on the times each account has been affected by the issue, by encountering the golden cars at the Awakening Stone Dungeon stage level 110~150 while playing manually.

We would also like to inform you that, based on the drop rates of items obtainable from golden cars in each dungeon level, eligible Knights will be compensated according to their group classification, as shown below.

*Compensation will be distributed sequentially after this notice is announced.

*Since NA1 and NA2 servers share the same mailbox, claiming the compensation on one server will make it unavailable on the other.

We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience caused by this issue. Please refer to the details below for detailed information on the compensation.

 

■ Individual Compensation

- Period: June 18 (Wed) – June 24 (Tue) 14:59 (UTC)

- Eligibility: Guardians who played Awakening Stone Dungeon levels 110–150 manually at least once between the April 29 (Tue) update and the June 10 (Tue) update

- Compensation: Rewards will be distributed based on the level of the Awakening Stone Dungeon played and the number of Golden Carts that appeared during manual play

※ Compensation will be distributed once per account via the in-game mailbox.
