We are writing to inform you about upcoming changes to our official announcement site and customer support platform, intended to provide a better service experience for our Guardians.
Please check the details below for more information.

During the update maintenance on February 17, 2026 (Tue)

■ Changes

1) Changes to the Official Notice/FAQ and Customer Support Portal.

2) The links connected when tapping In-game Options > Inquiry and Notice/Help will be updated.

3) Changes to Customer Support Email Address.
- [Current] support@guardiantales.com
- [New] support@gdtsglobal.zendesk.com


※ Inquiries submitted before the update maintenance on February 17 (Tue)
will be processed normally and will not be affected by the change in the support platform.
